What causes an asset to have an "Unknown" last location?

An asset may have an unknown last location if it is at a location/address that is not yet confirmed in the Kahi app. This stresses the importance of ensuring that locations are reviewed consistently and daily (or, by integrating your Encircle account with Kahi)


If an asset has an unknown location, you can view it on the map to see its current location, which may help you confirm the correct location. (Hint: zoom in/out to see the location more accurately, or copy/paste the latitude and longitude coordinates in Google Maps for more accurate address details)


Once the location is confirmed, the assets details will update to that location.
